The optimum operational temperature is 77 F. Little degrading of accuracy is seen between 55 degrees and 85 degrees. To assist you in getting the most accurate measurement, many of Milwaukee Instruments EC units have Automatic Temperature Compensation (ATC) built in. When searching for specific models, look for the ATC designation.
